The short answer to the second question is no, and anyone telling you otherwise is guessing. The useful answer to the first is below.

Why the gap between shortest and longest matters

Look at the last two columns. The spread is the whole story: a rhythm that looks fortnightly on average has, in practice, included gaps of a few days and gaps of months. IRCC sets each round’s timing, size and category as a policy decision — when the department changes direction, the cadence changes with it, without notice.

That is why this site counts up from the last round rather than down to a predicted one, and why every odds figure here is phrased as history. A countdown timer would be a prediction with a clock face on it.

What you can do instead: see how your score has actually fared, and have us email you the day a round lands.

Know the moment a round lands

We check IRCC every day. Tell us your score and you will hear from us when a round comes in at or below it.
