Unlike the other categories this is not a months-of-experience test. It is for serving foreign military personnel being recruited by the Canadian Armed Forces.

• · At least ten years of continuous service in a recognised foreign military.
• · An offer of arranged employment from the Canadian Forces Recruiting Group, for continuous full-time work in Canada lasting at least three years.
• · At least a two-year post-secondary credential, assessed if it was earned outside Canada.
